1. Scope
Applies to payments for all digital-service projects and monthly retainers purchased from VCAD Studio.

2. Grace-Period Cancellation
If you cancel before we start work on your project (typically within 24 hours of payment), you receive a full refund to your original payment method.

3. After Work Has Begun
Once any part of the agreed scope has started—research, concept development or production—payments become non-refundable. Any unpaid milestones remain payable.

4. Requesting a Refund
Send a written request to info@vcad.studio quoting your invoice number. Approved refunds are processed within 7 business days.

5. Charge-backs
Unauthorised charge-backs without prior communication may result in suspension of services and legal recovery of fees.
