1. About VCAD Studio
VCAD Studio (“we”, “our”, “us”) is a design and visualization studio providing digital-only services.
Registered office: 107A, First Cross, Venugopal Nagar, Kirumambakkam, Puducherry 607 402, India.

2. Acceptance of Terms
By commissioning our services, the client (“you”) agrees to be bound by these Terms plus any written proposal, scope-of-work or invoice we issue.

3. Services
All deliverables are digital files (images, videos, 3-D assets, PDFs, etc.) supplied electronically via email or secure cloud links. No physical products are shipped.

4. Pricing & Payment
• Fees quoted in Indian Rupees unless stated otherwise.
• Payment is due in full (or per agreed milestones) via Razorpay or any method shown on our invoice.
• Work begins only after the agreed upfront payment clears.

5. Intellectual Property
On full payment you receive a non-exclusive, worldwide licence to use the final deliverables for the purposes specified in the project brief. We retain ownership of all working files and may display the work in our portfolio.

6. Revisions
Each project includes one (1) round of revisions if requested within 7 calendar days of delivery. Extra changes are billed at our hourly rate.

7. Cancellation & Refund
See the separate “Cancellation & Refund Policy,” which forms part of these Terms.

8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of or in connection with our services is limited to the total fees paid to us for that project.

9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of Puducherry, India. The courts at Puducherry have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
