Job description

Qualification:

1) 1-3 years of experience as a Drafter, 3D/BIM Modeller (or) a similar role (or) 1 year of hands-on experience with a CAD, BIM tool - Freshers who can demonstrate a high-quality CAD/BIM project that you’ve developed while pursuing your degree is also appreciated.

2) B.Tech/ B.E/ Diploma in Civil Engineering (or) B.Arch/Diploma in Architecture.

3) Good Math Skills.

4) Ability to schedule work and meet deadlines.

5) The ability to learn and develop is a must needed skill

Note: We will train you on the CAD/BIM tool that we practice and the standards/schemes to be followed while designing. The candidate should be willing to learn new standards and tools.

 

Responsibility:

1) Liaising with architects to gather design ideas.

2) Developing the model from sketches and concept ideas.

3) Learning, understanding and implementing the building scheme.

4) Prepare and review rough sketches and review them with Architects.

5) Generate building/planning permit drawing designs with computer-aided design (CAD) software and ensure finally that they comply with regulations and quality standards and requirements.
