Qualification

Experience:

1-3 years as a Project Coordinator or Junior Project Coordinator within the interior design, spatial design, or custom joinery manufacturing industries.

Education:

Degree or Diploma in relevant fields.

Skills:

Communication: Exceptional written and verbal skills to effectively coordinate with Australian trades and international teams.
Mathematical Proficiency: Strong math skills for accurate project costing and budgeting.
Technical Acumen: Ability to understand technical designs, including material knowledge, execution processes, and drawing preparation.
Project Expertise: Experience in creating Bills of Quantities (BoQ) for clients and coordinating with internal and external agencies.
Adaptability: Willingness to learn and develop new skills, standards, and tools.

Responsibilities

Estimate & Costing:

Prepare accurate estimates and costings for prospective projects.

Process Understanding:

Gain in-depth knowledge of joinery and factory processes to create rough estimates and comprehend overall project costing.

Detailed Quoting:

Develop detailed quotes based on technical drawings and project specifications.

Coordination:

Liaise with tradies to organize materials, manage fabrication, and oversee installation processes.

Qualification:

1) 1-3 years of experience as a Drafter, CAD/BIM Modeller (or) a similar role (or) 6 months of hands-on experience with CAD/ BIM tools - Freshers who can demonstrate a high-quality CAD/BIM project that you’ve developed while pursuing your degree is also appreciated.

2) B.Arch/Diploma in Architecture or) B.Tech/ B.E/ Diploma in Civil Engineering

3) Good Math Skills.

4) Ability to schedule work and meet deadlines.

5) The ability to learn and develop is a needed skill

Responsibility:

1) Liaising with architects to gather design ideas.

2) Developing the model from sketches and concept ideas.

3) Learning, understanding, and implementing the building scheme.

4) Generate permit drawing designs with building information modelling (BIM)/Computer-aided design (CAD) software and ensure that they comply with regulations and quality standards and requirements.
