1. No Physical Shipping
All deliverables are supplied digitally via secure cloud links or email. No physical items are shipped.

2. Turnaround Time
Turnaround time is agreed individually for each project. Unless a different schedule is specified in writing, standard delivery is 15 calendar days after payment clears.

3. Revisions (“Exchange”)
Each project includes one revision round within 7 days of initial delivery. Additional revisions are billable per our rate card.

4. Failed Delivery
If you do not receive your files within the agreed timeframe, check your spam folder, then contact info@vcad.studio.
